The only way to start a Monday is to have a good breakfast with the people you love, normally this isn’t always possible but this Monday was a Bank Holiday, so I made the most of it before work. These blueberry and buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup were absolutely delicious and kept me going all day. If you are around Tunbridge Wells Bill’s restaurant is well worth a visit!
